Gifting is a main source of the acquisition department that supplies the library with Multiple Different collectibles, Where resources are accepted from a variety of destinations such as (authors - members of the teaching staff - Students – visitors - Institutes - colleges .... ).

• Check the resources before receiving them to determine how suitable they are to the process of education and research.
• The donated information sources is to be handled as the rest of the library collections in terms of the implementation of all technical procedures to ensure putting it in its right place within the library collections.
• The donors have to sign an endorsement that the library has the right to keep the donated sources and have the right to donate them to other entities that may need them.
• Donor's name will be Included with the number of sources on the faculty homepage depending on the number of sources dedicate to the library.
